- Departure Pier: Koh Lanta (Saladan Pier) – Please check in at least 30 minutes before departure time.
- Arrival Pier: Phuket (Rassada Pier) – Taxis, minivans, and pre-booked transfers are readily accessible upon arrival outside the passenger terminal.
- Hotel Transfers: Shared hotel transfers are available for selected operators. Complimentary pickup/drop-off is provided on designated services (such as selected ferry sailings to/from Patong, Kata, Karon, and Phuket Town), while other departures offer optional transfers or require direct pier check-in.
