Piers & Hotel Transfer Info
- Departure Pier: Phuket (Rassada Pier). All scheduled ferries and speedboats to Koh Lanta depart from Rassada Pier, located just southeast of Phuket Town. Please arrive for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
- Phuket Hotel Transfers: Shared minivan pick-up from major tourist beaches (Patong, Kata, Karon, Phuket Town, Rawai, Nai Harn) is available on selected departures or as an optional add-on during booking. Remote hotel zones (e.g., Maikhao, Naiyang, Thalang) may incur additional fees.
- Arrival Pier: Koh Lanta (Saladan Pier). Located at the northern tip of Koh Lanta Yai, Saladan Pier provides seamless access to local island transport and pre-arranged resort shuttles.
- Koh Lanta Island Transport & Hotel Transfers: Hotel drop-off on Koh Lanta is not included in the ferry/speedboat ticket. However, getting to your hotel is very easy and convenient—local shared songthaews, private taxis, and motorbike rentals are readily available right at Saladan Pier upon arrival, or you may arrange a pickup directly with your resort.
- Saladan Pier Environmental Fee: Koh Lanta local authorities collect a nominal pier sanitation and environmental maintenance fee of 20 THB per person in cash upon arrival at Saladan Pier.

- Speedboat vs Ferry Travel Time: Direct speedboats make the crossing in approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Larger passenger ferries and connecting services take approximately 3.5 to 5 hours, offering air-conditioned cabins, sundecks, and a brief stopover at Koh Phi Phi.
- High Season vs Low Season: Direct daily speedboat services operate predominantly during High Season (November to April). During Low Season (May to October), sea routes are subject to weather conditions and may operate on reduced ferry timetables.
