- Departure Piers (Krabi): Multiple piers available including Nopparat Thara Pier (Ao Nang), Klong Jilad Pier (Krabi Town), Ao Nam Mao Pier, Kong Ka Pier, and Krabi River Marina. Please check in at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Arrival Piers (Phi Phi): Tonsai Pier (island's central hub) and Laem Tong Beach (northern resort zone).
- Hotel Transfers: Shared hotel pickup is available on selected departures (complimentary on designated trips or available as an optional add-on). Standard coverage includes Ao Nang; other zones may incur additional fee.
- Pickup Window: If booking with hotel pickup, please wait at your hotel lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Good to Know Before You Book
- Seating Policy: Seating is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis (open seating; seats cannot be assigned in advance). For large multi-deck ferries, passengers may choose their preferred deck upon boarding. On speedboats, crew members guide seating for vessel balance and safety.
- Phi Phi Island Pier Fee: A local environmental bridge/entry fee of 20 THB per person must be paid in cash directly at the arrival checkpoint on Koh Phi Phi.
- Luggage Allowance: Standard allowance is 1 suitcase (up to 20 kg) + 1 carry-on bag per passenger.
- Infant & Safety Policy: Infants (1–3 yrs) travel free seated on an adult's lap. Speedboat travel is strictly not permitted for pregnant travelers or passengers with medical conditions.
- Schedule & Weather: Travel times are approximate (Speedboat: 50m–1h, Ferry: ~2h) and subject to sea and weather conditions.
