Piers & Hotel Transfer Info
- Departure Pier: Koh Phi Phi (Tonsai Pier). All scheduled speedboats and passenger ferries depart from Tonsai Pier. Please arrive and check in at the operator counter at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Staying at Laem Tong Beach: If your accommodation is in northern Phi Phi (SAii, Zeavola, Phi Phi Natural, Holiday Resort), you will need to arrange a private longtail boat transfer (approx. 35–45 minutes) to Tonsai Pier for check-in.
- Arrival Pier: Railay Beach (East Railay Floating Pier). Boats arrive directly at the floating pontoon on East Railay Bay, ensuring dry and comfortable disembarkation regardless of tidal changes.
- Car-Free Peninsula: Railay is surrounded by towering limestone cliffs with no roads, cars, or motorbikes. Paved footpaths connect Railay East, Railay West, and Phra Nang Beach within a pleasant 5 to 15-minute walk.
- Resort Luggage Coordination: Hotel staff do not routinely standby at the pier. We strongly recommend contacting your resort in advance to confirm your boat arrival time, so they can arrange staff with handcarts to assist with your luggage upon arrival.
