- Departure Piers (Krabi): Multiple departure points are available across Krabi, including Nopparat Thara Pier (Ao Nang), Kong Ka Pier (Krabi Town), Klong Jilad Pier, Krabi River Marina, and Ao Nam Mao Pier. Passengers heading directly to the pier should check in at least 30 minutes prior to boat departure.
- Arrival Pier (Koh Lanta): All ferries and speedboats arrive at Saladan Pier, located in northern Koh Lanta Yai, with easy local transport connections to all major beach areas.
- Hotel Transfers: Shared hotel pickup is included on selected departures from main zones like Ao Nang or Krabi Town (marked on the schedule). Pickups from remote locations (e.g., Klong Muang, Tubkaek, or Krabi Airport) or other zones may incur additional fee.
- Pickup Window: If your ticket includes complimentary hotel pickup, please wait in your hotel lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

- Seating Policy: Seating is strictly on an open-seating basis (first-come, first-served). On passenger ferries, you can choose indoor air-conditioned seating or outdoor decks. On speedboats, boat crew will arrange seating to balance vessel stability.
- Direct vs Transit Routes: Direct speedboats connect Krabi/Ao Nang to Koh Lanta in approximately 1 hour. Some departures operate via Koh Phi Phi with a comfortable island stopover where passengers transfer boats (actual boat ride is only about 1 hour per leg).
- Luggage Allowance: Standard allowance includes 1 piece of checked luggage (up to 20 kg) plus 1 personal carry-on bag per passenger. Oversized items may require an excess fee.
- Infant & Safety Policy: Infants (1–3 yrs) travel free seated on a parent's lap. Speedboat travel is strictly prohibited for pregnant women and travelers with serious back conditions.
