- Departure Point: Railay Beach (East Railay Floating Pier). All scheduled speedboats and passenger ferries depart from the floating pier on East Railay. Please arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in.
- Walking to East Railay Pier: Because Railay has no roads or cars, guests staying on West Railay Beach or near Phra Nang Cave Beach can easily walk along the flat paved footpaths to East Railay Floating Pier in roughly 5 to 10 minutes.
- Arrival Point on Koh Lanta: Koh Lanta (Saladan Pier). Boats arrive directly at Saladan Pier in northern Koh Lanta, offering immediate access to local taxis, motorbike sidecars (salengs), and road transport down to all west coast beaches.
- Check-in Procedure: Present your Phuket TourZ digital booking voucher to the operator staff on East Railay Floating Pier to collect your boarding sticker and luggage tags before boarding.

- Seating Policy: Standard open seating operates on a first-come, first-served basis. On speedboats, boat crew will arrange seating positions for passenger safety, comfort, and vessel balance.
