Where does Lay Rayan Voyage depart from, and is pier transfer included?

Lay Rayan Voyage departs from Chalong Pier in southern Phuket. A complimentary shuttle bus is provided between the pier entrance and the marina boarding pontoon. Private hotel transfers from your villa or resort are available at an additional charge upon request.

How many guests can join a private charter?

The standard charter rate includes up to 7 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated up to a maximum of 15 passengers, subject to the selected program. Extra passenger fees range from THB 600 to THB 1,500 per person, depending on the charter duration.

What food and drinks are included in the charter?

The charter includes welcome drinks, drinking water, soft drinks, seasonal fresh fruits, club sandwiches, and traditional Phuket Tausarpiah pastries. Charters of 5 hours or longer also include a Southern Thai meal, with a choice of Chicken Massaman Curry or Southern Crabmeat Curry with noodles.

What water activities and onboard facilities are available?

Guests can enjoy a transparent kayak, stand-up paddleboard (SUP), snorkeling masks, life jackets, and recreational hand-line fishing equipment. An enclosed sea pool is available on selected programs of 5 hours or longer. The boat also features a private marine restroom and fresh-water rinse facilities.

What happens if bad weather makes the trip unsafe?

Passenger safety is the priority. If weather or sea conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain or the relevant authorities, the trip may be rescheduled or cancelled. A date change or full refund may be offered in accordance with the operator's marine safety and cancellation policy.
