Amendment Policy

• Amendments can be made up to 48 hours before the appointment time, subject to availability.
• Changes may incur an additional charge.
• If no availability is found and the date cannot be changed, the booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the appointment will incur a 10% charge or 400 THB, whichever is higher.
• If the cancellation is made by us due to bad weather, monsoon, or any unexpected situation, guests will be offered a choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.
