General Policy
  • For safety reasons, itineraries, sea trips, or transfers may be adjusted as necessary.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Certain programs may require participants to submit a copy of their passport for insurance purposes or National Park fee registration.
  • Dietary preferences (e.g., vegan, vegetarian, halal) should be communicated during the booking process to ensure proper arrangements.
Payment Options
  • Cash Payment and Credit Card Payment: Guests in Phuket are welcome to pay in cash or by credit card. Full payment must be completed 1–2 days before the tour date. Note: Credit card payments incur a 3% bank processing fee.
  • Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking; the balance is due no later than 5 days before the tour date.
  • Bank Transfer or Online Payment: Secure transactions via Stripe or Pay Solutions are accepted.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 3–20 business days to complete.
  • A processing fee of 400 THB or 10% of the total amount (whichever is higher) will be deducted for administrative and banking charges.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity start time: Eligible for a refund, less an administration fee of 400 THB or 10% of the total amount (whichever is higher), as outlined in the refund terms.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity start time: Non-refundable. Except for operator-initiated cancellations due to safety concerns or government orders, in which case alternatives such as refunds, rescheduling, or program changes will be offered.
  • Cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., illness) require official documentation for review. Approval is not guaranteed.
  • Specific programs may have different cancellation policies; please refer to the booking details for clarification.
Amendments & No-Shows
  • Amendments, such as changes to dates, names, or pickup locations, must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour and are subject to availability.
  • Guests who fail to arrive at the designated pickup time and location will be considered no-shows and charged the full booking amount.
Child Policy
  • Children aged 4–11 years (and under 120 cm in height) are eligible for child pricing. Children under 4 years (height not exceeding 100 cm) may join free of charge without a reserved seat.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
  • Some programs may have different child policies; please refer to the specific booking details for clarification.
Transfer Policy
  • Round-trip hotel transfers are included for select tours; additional charges may apply for transfers outside standard pickup zones.
  • For tours without included transfers (e.g., Yona Beach Club), guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation or booking additional services.
  • Pickup times will be specificed on the voucher once confirmed and/or communicated one day before the tour. Guests must wait at the hotel lobby and present their ticket (or e-ticket) to the driver for confirmation
General Conditions
  • Food and drinks are prohibited on board during certain tours.
  • The operator reserves the right to refuse service to any guest deemed unfit to participate for safety reasons, including health issues or intoxication.
  • Guests are required to adhere to all safety instructions provided by the tour guide or crew.
Insurance & Liability
  • Travel accident insurance is included and provided by operators/suppliers, covering medical expenses and accidents within policy limits under Thai law.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, as the company is not liable for loss or damage during the tour.
  • Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by guests will result in additional charges.
  • Insurance coverage applies only for the day of the trip.
Booking Confirmation
  • Most bookings are confirmed instantly. In cases where availability needs to be verified, you will be notified promptly.
  • Once an invoice is sent, it confirms that the selected tour or program is available. Payment should be completed promptly to secure your booking, as spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Force Majeure
  • Tours may be canceled or modified due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, natural disasters, or government regulations.
  • In such cases, guests will be offered alternatives, including refunds, rescheduling, or program modifications, as per their preferences.
